How I support families

Support that is steady, reflective, and grounded in the early years of parenting.

Caring & Caring offers relationship-based support for parents and caregivers navigating the early years of family life. Sessions and groups are grounded in developmental understanding and a focus on everyday patterns of connection, stress, and repair.

The work is not focused on behavior management or quick strategies, but on helping you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface of daily interactions.

1:1 Parent Support

Support for parents and caregivers who want space to reflect on specific challenges, patterns, or questions in their family life.

This may include:

  • navigating daily stress and overwhelm

  • understanding your child’s behavior through a relational lens

  • reflecting on patterns of connection and rupture

  • building steadier responses in difficult moments

Reflective Circles

Small group spaces for parents and caregivers to slow down, reflect, and make sense of their experiences in community with others.

These circles focus on:

  • shared reflection on parenting experiences

  • understanding relational patterns

  • reducing isolation in early caregiving

  • exploring everyday challenges in a grounded way

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and paced around what feels most present for you.

Parenting in the early years can feel full and often hard to hold alone.

If you’d like support, you’re welcome to reach out. We can begin by talking through what you’re navigating and what might help you feel more steady.
